Acceptable Use & Copyright
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Who this applies to
Anyone who lists an event on Degis, uploads artwork, or sells tickets through us. Buyers are covered by our Terms of Service.
2. What you may not list
You may not use Degis to sell tickets to:
- An event you are not authorised to sell tickets for.
- An event that does not exist, or one you do not intend to hold.
- Anything illegal where the event takes place, or that requires a licence or permit you do not hold.
- An event promoting violence against, or hatred of, people on the basis of ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, disability or sexual orientation.
You may not resell tickets bought on Degis above face value where the law of the event's location prohibits it.
3. Artwork you upload
You keep ownership of the cover images, posters and photographs you upload. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to display them on Degis and in links to your event.
If an artwork is generated by an AI tool, you are responsible for having the right to use the output commercially under that tool's terms.
4. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe something on Degis infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@degistickets.com with the subject line Copyright notice, including:
- What work you say has been infringed.
- The link to the page on Degis showing the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a complete notice, and tell the organizer who uploaded it. An organizer who believes the removal was a mistake may send a counter notice to the same address.
We may suspend organizers who repeatedly upload material that is not theirs.
5. Reporting anything else
For an event that breaks section 2, or anything else that looks wrong, write to support@degistickets.com with a link to the page. We read every report.
